四川省地方税务局：
你局《四川省地方税务局关于税务稽查部门查补税款入库问题的请示》（川地税发〔2005〕126号）收悉。经研究，现批复如下：
根据《财政部关于国家税务局系统银行账户管理有关问题的复函》（财库函〔2003〕6号）和《国家税务总局关于撤销“税务稽查收入”等账户问题的通知》（国税函〔2003〕928号）的有关规定，各级税务机关开设的“税务稽查收入账户”在2003年12月31日前撤户，《国家税务总局中国人民银行财政部关于税务稽查部门查补收入入库规定的通知》（国税发〔1998〕194号）同时废止。“税务稽查收入账户”撤销后，各级税务稽查部门查补的收入均应按照《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第53条的规定缴入国库。
